Tracey Paulfrey is CEO of Moving Forward Health Care. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor in Health Education. Tracey is committed to reaching patients, providers, and caretakers outside traditional healthcare settings. Tracey aims to develop a long-term partnership with various communities to improve overall health. Serving as a veteran Personal Trainer and Health Educator, Tracey seeks to help close the gap of Health Disparities for ethnic groups as it pertains to obesity, Diabetes, and PAD (peripheral artery disease). Expanding her platform Tracey has joined forces with ETS wound care and SALSAL (Save A Leg Save a Life) to bring awareness to communities.

Leisha McKinley Beach is a National HIV/AIDS Consultant. She provides technical assistance on HIV prevention program designs and implementation specifically for
Black populations provide health department capacity building assistance; mobilization for PrEP
activation in Black communities; consultant for various health departments and community-based
organizations on HIV related services for women and communities of color.

Dr. Ranjita Misra, Ph.D., CHES, FASHA, FESG, is a tenured Full Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Director of the Public Health Training Center at WVU School of Public Health. She earned her Ph.D. in Health Services from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Dr. Misra is a national and international health disparities expert for examining the prevalence of diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and CVD and conducting randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on disease prevention and management in community- and faith-based settings and clinics. She uses low-cost models such as the community health workers and health coaches approach.

Dr. Melvena Wilson is an Assistant Professor at Tuskeegee University. She is the founder of the Center for Advocacy and Research on Health Equity, Inc. (CARHE). CARHE provides health education, training, and advocates for health equity.
Dr. Wilson is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and is certified in HIV Counseling and Testing, Red Cross CPR Training, and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) Instructor.

Dr. Cedric Harville II is an Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. His research interests focus on men's health, obesity and weight management, health disparities, and food insecurity.
