A multi-faceted food, health, and wellness community developed with the goal of helping women to love their bodies, foster a nourishing relationship with food, and achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to the blog, the community is engaged through KITS' various social media channels (YouTube, Pinterest digital clearinghouse, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
